1. Acceptance of Terms

The Sunrise Scholarship Examination is an educational initiative conducted by Sunrise Educational Trust to identify, encourage, and reward talented students through scholarships, certificates, awards, and educational support.

4. Registration and Fees

Registration shall be considered valid only after successful submission of the application form and applicable examination fee, if any.

Registration fees once paid shall generally be non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the Trust.

The Trust reserves the right to cancel registrations found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5. Examination Rules

Participants shall:

Follow all examination instructions and guidelines.

Carry valid identification and admit card (where applicable).

Maintain discipline and honesty during the examination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Cheating or unfair practices.

Impersonation.

Possession of unauthorized materials.

Disruptive behavior at examination centers.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification.

6. Results and Scholarships

The decision of Sunrise Educational Trust regarding examination evaluation, ranking, merit lists, scholarship awards, and prizes shall be final and binding.

Scholarships, awards, certificates, and benefits are subject to verification of eligibility and supporting documents.

The Trust reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any award if any discrepancy or misconduct is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website, including text, logos, designs, examination materials, graphics, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Sunrise Educational Trust unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from the Trust.

Sunrise Educational Trust reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the Website after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Website or participation in the examination shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal.
