REFUND POLICY
Sunrise Scholarship Examination
Organized by Sunrise Educational Trust

This Refund Policy governs the payment, cancellation, and refund procedures relating to the Sunrise Scholarship Examination organized by Sunrise Educational Trust ("the Trust").
By registering for the examination and making any payment through the Website, applicants, parents, guardians, and participants agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
The registration fee collected for the Sunrise Scholarship Examination is utilized for examination administration, website maintenance, examination materials, evaluation processes, certificates, scholarship management, and other operational expenses.
Registration will be considered complete only after successful payment and confirmation from the Trust.
As a general policy, examination registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the registration has been successfully submitted and processed.
No refund shall be provided in the following situations:
Failure to appear for the examination.
Incorrect information submitted by the applicant.
Duplicate registration by the participant.
Disqualification due to violation of examination rules.
Change of mind after successful registration.
Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Incomplete examination participation.
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Multiple payments made for the same registration due to a technical error.
Payment deducted from the applicant's account but registration not successfully completed and no registration record exists.
Cancellation of the examination by Sunrise Educational Trust without rescheduling.
Any other exceptional circumstance approved solely at the discretion of the Trust.
The decision of the Trust regarding refund approval shall be final and binding.
To request a refund, applicants must submit a written request within 7 (seven) days of the payment date, along with:
Applicant's Name
Registration Number (if available)
Payment Transaction ID
Date of Payment
Reason for Refund Request
Supporting Documents, if applicable

Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.
The actual credit of funds may depend upon the applicant's bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Sunrise Educational Trust shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
Where applicable, payment gateway charges, bank processing fees, transaction charges, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
If the examination is postponed or rescheduled due to administrative, technical, natural, governmental, or other unforeseen circumstances, the registration shall remain valid for the revised examination date.
In such cases, no refund shall ordinarily be granted.
Scholarships, prizes, certificates, and educational benefits awarded through the Sunrise Scholarship Examination are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with examination rules.
Such awards are not refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless specifically stated by the Trust.
Sunrise Educational Trust reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Website.
